2025 Worksite Health Center Survey
The 2025 Worksite Health Center Survey, conducted by Alliant Insurance Services in collaboration with the National Association for Worksite Health Centers (NAWHC), highlights the measurable return on investment (ROI) and improved patient experience that onsite, near-site, and virtual clinics deliver for employers nationwide.
The survey was conducted from April–June 2025, with 108 employers providing information on 426 clinics serving more than 2 million employees.

Expansion Planned:
28% of employers with health centers plan to add locations in 2026, while 54% will expand services or staffing at their existing centers. -
Access and Reach:
98% of employers cite patient access as a primary objective in operating their health center.
70% provide access to covered dependents, and 28% extend access to retirees. -
Quality and Experience:
100% of employers list improving quality of care as a major objective.
99% also emphasize increasing patient satisfaction and experience. -
Cost Management:
Although reducing medical and pharmacy costs remains a goal, it ranked fifth overall, with 89% identifying it as a key objective.
