NAWHC members are invited to participate in the first meeting of the Compliance and Legal Advisory Roundtable on November 13, 2025, at 12PM CT.
This is a new NAWHC networking activity for members interested in the following issues: • HIPAA, Privacy, and Security Issues for Medical and Occupational Health records • Issues with allowing minors access to primary care clinics (specifically issues with minor consent, patient privacy, parental access to records) • Information Blocking regulations • Corporate practice of medicine • Telehealth and teleprescribing • Legal issues involving GLP-1 Drugs • Scope of Practice for practitioners • Artificial Intelligence and Regulatory/Risk Management issues • Fair Market Value requirement • Contract issues faced by employers and vendor-partners related to contract form, revision, multi-state operations, restrictive covenants, contract terminations, etc.
