He's board-certified in Occupational, Environmental, and Family Medicine with degrees from the University of Utah.

Lara Spalding, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, COHN-S, Director, Clinical Operations, Premise Health

Lara Spalding is Director of Clinical Operations for Occupational Health, Travel Medicine, and Radiology with over 20 years in onsite occupational healthcare. She holds degrees in Nursing from Belmont and Walden Universities and is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S).
