Under present law, persons with HSAs must pay some “fair market value (FMV)” fee for services provided by employer clinics that offer more than first aid service.
This webinar will present the results of a new survey conducted by NAWHC’s partner Mercer on how employers are addressing the issues involved in determining FMV and in offering worksite health center activities to their employees with HSA plans.
